Accessibility Statement

Aviv Capital Fund Limited Partnership (540347341) is committed to creating a positive service experience for all of its customers across every channel of activity. In accordance with this commitment and with the provisions of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and its regulations, the organization carries out accessibility adjustments on its website, accompanied by accessibility consultants and other professionals, in order to enable full, fast, and efficient service through the website, including for customers with disabilities.

The company’s offices do not receive the public.

Accessible Website

Accessibility adjustments have been made to the website so that people with disabilities and older people can browse at the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as all other users of the site. The accessibility adjustments were carried out in accordance with Chapter C: Internet Services of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines. The website was made accessible to level AA, subject to the changes and adjustments set out in the Israeli Standard document.
The website is adapted for display in various browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, Edge, Safari), including browsing on mobile phones running iOS and Android.
The website has been tested with the NVDA screen reader in its most up-to-date version.
The website is tested from time to time to ensure the maintenance of its accessibility.

Keyboard Navigation

All actions on the website can be performed using the keyboard, as follows:

• Pressing the TAB key moves to the next link.
• Pressing the ENTER key activates the link.
• Pressing SHIFT + TAB moves to the previous link.

Adjustments for Blind Users

The website is adapted for users of screen-reader software and includes:

• Headings.
• Alternative text for images.
• Division of the website into navigation regions and a main content area, with the ability to skip between them.
• Use of ARIA to improve interpretation by the screen reader.
